Mounting equipment
NEMA Metalclad VAC-CLAD series cells are available for medium voltage applications, equipped with vacuum circuit breakers capable of 2.4 to 38 kV with a maximum of 3000 amps. IEC Metalclad up to 24 kV 3000 amps.
One of our best-selling products is a removable 7.2 kV and 15 kV class motor starter capable of 400 to 800 amps.
The starters are designed with proven vacuum interrupting technology to control motor induction, under full / reduced start and reversible / non-reversible.
To control and power emede-electric EATON Freedon 2100 Motor Control Centers (MCC) low voltage motors capable of handling 600 volts AC with bus bars up to 3200 amps and standard short circuit rating of 65 to 100 kA.
The low voltage cells are designed and manufactured to NEMA or IEC specifications. The metal cells in the Magnum line are equipped with removable circuit breakers with solid state relay protection technology.
Meticulous care in manufacturing and testing
To ensure the quality and reliability of its systems, Emede-Electric maintains two separate systems.
Fully integrated manufacturing facilities. Each installation has the ability to integrate mechanical and electrical components; to manufacture, silver and isolate bus bars; to complete all electronic assembly and packaging; to build and paint all the enclosures; and to wire fully assemble; and test systems before shipment.
For the user, this vertically integrated approach to manufacturing allows emede-electric to take sole responsibility for system performance, to ensure readily available replacement parts, and to provide a rapid response to each and every service need.
